Contact us prior to listing for a consultation where we will give you a written summary of items that should be done such as minor repairs, editing of belongings/furnishings, layout, etc. (see Tips Section).  You need time to make these changes so that your realtor photos portray your home at its absolute best and you are ready to market your biggest asset.  Remember… Immediately attracting as many potential buyers as possible is your goal.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: After meeting with you, we will supply you with a written summary.  You then have the option to book us and include a few or all of these following Services  - whatever you choose for us to do.

STAGING a VACANT PROPERTY is another service offered since potential buyers need to visualize how furnishings will fit into an empty space so that they can imagine themselves living there.  We make your home look like a model home! Furniture Rental services would apply.  

Real Estate Services:  We will make sure the home is ready for photos after the initial consultation with the homeowner and staging services have been completed as well as make sure the home is ready for open house viewings.

New Home Decor Centre Assistance:  We will accompany you and assist with all the decisions for decorating your new home right down to choice and colours of cupboards, flooring and bathroom tiles.  

Colour Consultation:  We will help you choose the colours that work best for your home.  

Shopping Services:  We always try to work with what the seller owns, however, sometimes it is necessary to either rent some items for staging or we can also assist you in choosing new furniture, accessories, bedding, artwork, lighting that you can move with you should you wish.  Whatever is needed to make your home it’s absolute best is our goal.  We also offer flower arranging and refresher staging prior to open houses.  

Curb Appeal Services:  Buyers decide within the first 3 - 10 seconds about a home based on outside appearance.  We will make sure your home receives a great first impression!

Trade Referrals and Storage Solutions are also offered.   

FEES:

Consultation (which includes a written report with 24 hours of visit) - 1st hour $150. and then hourly rates of $75. apply. All other services are based on an hourly rate of $75. excluding Shopping which is $60. hourly.
