INTERIOR REDESIGN  SERVICES:

First, we have an INITIAL CONSULTATION with you which is a minimum 2 hours.  After this meeting, we will supply you with a written summary.  You then have the option to book us and decide whether you would like us to do the full makeover or just 1 room - whatever you choose.  

Using your existing furnishings, we will rearrange furniture, lighting and artwork, edit and de-personalize, highlight each room’s best feature, to create the best flow through the home as well as recommend window furnishings, paint colours and any additional lighting or artwork that may be needed.  We can purchase any recommendations on your behalf if you would like this service added as well.

- Full Day Makeover  

Shopping Services: We always try to work with what you own, however, we can also assist you in choosing new furniture, accessories, bedding, artwork, lighting should you wish to add on this service. 

Move-in Services:  We can help you set up in your new home, assist with paint colours, furniture placement or any other decorating you might need.  If you are downsizing, or moving into a larger space, we can help you achieve the comfort and look you want as well as take away the added stress of moving.

Colour Consultation: We will help you choose the paint colours that work best for your home.  We can also offer discounts on paint should you wish to have it purchased.  Colour consultation also applies to bedding, artwork, draperies, etc. to help make your home unified and warm.

Curb Appeal Services: You can have your home look inviting right from the curb.  We can help you choose plants, suggestions for re-arranging the outside, minor repairs, paint colours, all to make your house look warm and inviting inside and out.

Trade Referrals and Storage Solutions are also offered.   

FEES:

Consultation (which includes a written report with 24 hours of visit) - 1st hour $150. and then hourly rates of $75. apply. All other services are based on an hourly rate of $75. excluding Shopping which is $60. hourly.
